Accomodation and Facilities

Spacious traditional Kenya Coast Villa overlooking the warm Indian Ocean,in a beautiful garden setting, with a Gazebo facing the open sea.
Lovely Mosaic tiled swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces ideal for outdoor dining.

LOUNGE AREA
Spacious open lounge cooled by gentle sea breezes, with with sofa seating and occasional chairs.
Entertainment facilities includes TV, DVD player and stereo. Internet modem available at minimum cost.

DINING AREA.
Seating for eight people.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped open kitchen.
Some essential foodstuffs provided on arrival including bottled water, long life milk, soda, beer and wine.

BEDROOMS (4)
Three large Bedrooms with King Size Beds and Mosquito Nets.
One Double Bedroom with mosquito net.
All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
Bed linen and towels provided.
The villa accommodates a maximum of eight people only. No exceptions.

BATHROOMS
There are two fully equipped bathrooms and three W/Cs.

HOUSEKEEPING & SECURITY
Housekeeping Staff are provided and on hand to clean for you and look after you during your stay.
Night Security Guard on duty at the entrance gate.
Guests who bring their own maid/driver will be charged an additional Ksh.500 per day.
A refundable deposit of Ksh.5,000.00 must also be paid in case of breakages.

PETS
Pets are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances.

PARKING
There is ample parking for cars at the villa.

There is a well equipped supermarket and a bank nearby.
Wide choice of restaurants in the area.

AIRPORT TRANSFER
Airport pick up and return can be arranged.
